Great meals with great taste! I never could have done those on my own. They are sometimes too much for me to eat in one sitting, so I half and save it for future in the freezer.

Meal prep Ottawa was the perfect solution for my recent work trip to Ottawa. An easy way for people to stay on top of their nutrition and eat healthy while travelling. Great customer service and they delivered directly to my hotel. The steak was delicious and I’m an Alberta girl so we take our steaks seriously! The steak was actually better than the steak i ordered at a restaurant near my hotel for dinner. Thank you.
