Rich Red Velvet Cake was the BEST we have ever had!! Caesar Salad was fresh scrumptious, and plentiful!

MPO's meal plans are the perfect solution for me, I get in super late and do not ever feel like cooking at 9pm, I love having real food ready for me so I'm not always having junk or fast food for supper! The portions are really generous and the price can't be beat, it would cost me triple just to buy the ingredients I would need to make these meals.

Far less salty than restaurant food, which is exactly what I was looking for! Portion size (with the ¼ pound of extra meat per meal option) is hefty. Price ($20/meal) is a bargain. I find it odd that the labels turn totally black in the microwave though.

I have only tried the first of five Paleo meals, but the portion was very big for me and very tasty. Highly recommend

Amazing

I love this plan because I am pre-diabetic with high cholesterol so this cuts out any extra carbs that might come with potatoes or rice that might spike my blood glucose levels and yet still has all the flavour and taste I want. The freshness and convenience are bar none, as is the customer service I get from MPO.

It goes very well with Weight Watchers. Meals are satisfying and are about 5 to 7 points each which is very similar to what I find in the Weight Watchers website.
