I am currently following the keto meal plan, and I have found the freshly prepared meals to be both satisfying and fulfilling. I highly recommend exploring any of their meal plans for a nutritious and enjoyable dining experience.

The food is perfect. I do, however, add more flavour to some of the meals with hot sauce or another spice or splash. But, all in all, I give this plan an A+ !

I'm only in my first week, but so far I am very happy and impressed with the service. I love that there is minimal waste with the reusable bag and recyclable containers. The meals are delicious and satisfying and it makes dealing with meal planning SO much easier and more convenient! I also love that it's local! 5 stars!

Very generous amount of fresh chicken breast.Salad is very fresh as was everything else in the salad. Lovely tasting salad dressing. I squeezed a bit of fresh lemon and black pepper and it was delicious. I will be ordering this again

Beef patties were good size, well cooked and flavorful. I put the patty in the air fryer to reheat and it was like I just cooked. Delicious and will definitely order again.

The quality speaks for itself and is worth the price. We have been satisfied with each order. Healthy, high protein and nutrient dense.

So thrilled to find someplace that sells delicious gluten free AND dairy free meals, and at a wonderful price. Like I’ve died and gone to heaven.

All of the meals were tasty and the perfect portion. They heated up in the microwave very well. Ordering and communication re: shipping was excellent 👌

I was skeptical. I was even more skeptical when the meals arrived. To the eyes, I felt that the meals were not going to be very substantial. I was very very wrong. We have been very happy with the meals thus far. It has given me back precious time after a long work day.
