From humble beginnings in 2018 with just one employee to becoming Ottawa's largest locally-owned meal delivery service, Meal Prep Ottawa (MPO) embodies the vision of founder Denis Analytis. Denis’ deep-rooted passion for food, inherited from his family's restaurant business in Montreal, inspired him to launch MPO to fill a gap in the market for quality, fully-cooked meals delivered right to your door. What started as a simple idea quickly transformed into a thriving business, growing purely by word of mouth from one to hundreds of customers in just weeks.

At the heart of MPO is our commitment to simplicity, quality, and community. We offer diverse meal plans tailored to fit a range of dietary needs, from busy professionals to health-conscious individuals, MPO pride ourselves on our ability to cater to everyone. Each meal is crafted by our professional in-house chefs, emphasising fresh, wholesome ingredients without sacrificing taste or nutritional value.
