We were looking for a way to cut some time off meal prep. We the clean and mean meal plan is great! We get 15 meals(we are 2 people) and have one everyday! We freeze half of them and all we do is heat it up for our meal. The options are great, the price for a delivered home meal is great as well. My wife and I have 2 kids and we eat so differently than they do. We are both vegetarians. Between kid dinners, parent dinners, kid lunches and parent lunches it's overwhelming. We took 1 variable out with this meal plan. My wife has 5 healthy lunches to take with her to work every week without adding another layer of meal prep on to our already overwhelming plate. Price wise, it is less than I was spending to make it myself. Our experience with Meal Prep Ottawa has been super positive and I would highly recommend.

Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Got my first delivery today. I was stressed and was just going to shove everything in the fridge and then look online to see when I had to freeze things by, but they had the freeze by date printed on the label, along with the different microwave times for fridge vs freezer. That was nice that I didn't have to follow up with that. I have a hard time with eating and preparing food and often go to bed hungry, but I decided to open up a random meal since I had them on hand. I didn't think it would be enough to satiate but it was very good and surprisingly filling. I'm happy so far and I'm excited to try the rest of the meals.
