How it works

Meals for Nunavut are fully cooked and flash-frozen.

We pack orders carefully and deliver them to the Ottawa Airport for shipment.

For orders up to 6 boxes, we charge a flat $15 fee for handling and airport delivery.

Shipping from Ottawa to Nunavut is calculated and charged by Canadian North upon pickup in Nunavut (pay on collection).
Packaging update

To ensure safer transport, as of March 25, 2025, Nunavut orders are packed in oven-safe aluminum containers (not microwave safe). Ottawa-area orders continue to use microwave-safe plastic.
Weight and billing notes

Canadian North’s minimum billable weight is 10 kg. Orders below 10 kg are charged as 10 kg.

Approximate guide: 25 meals, including packaging, roughly weigh 10 kg.
Timing

Orders will be delivered to Canadian North within a week of your selected MPO delivery date (Wednesday or Sunday).
