We've been delighted with the quality of each meal so far. They are particularly well seasoned and the chef's choices continue to give us something "to look forward to"

I have been using meal prep Ottawa for close to 5 years. It is the healthiest and most consistent part of my diet. The value from this service is hard to explain, but it guarantees that you eat healthy food at least a certain amount of time per week. The variety and taste of the food is also quite good without excess oil and salt. It's like having your own private chef that barely costs much more than cooking food yourself.

I love how easy it is to order and the fact that each item tells you the nutritional value so I can stay on track with my diet, plus it helps that the food actually tastes good ahah!

I don't usually eat salmon but this meal is so well prepared and is delicious.

I've suffered from ARFID (Avoidance restrictive Food intake disorder-fancy way of saying picky eater) and have not eaten any veggies in years due to their textures but I've started OMP for about 1 month now and even though it can be hard sometimes to eat the full portions, I find myself actually eating my veggies and enjoying them when I do. I even have tried new veggies which I never thought possible! I'm also Celiac and their meal plan is gluten free so I don't have to be scared about where my food has been through! I would honestly recommend this meal prep to anyone who lacks time, motivation to cook or suffers from some mental disorder that stops them from leaving a normal food life. Thanks Ottawa Meal Prep!

The bison dinner I had yesterday was absolutely delicious. I never had bison before and it was very tender and flavourful. My husband and I shared it with a couple of friends and the serving size was very generous. We had leftovers. It was a wonderful treat to experience this.
