Clean & Mean Meal Plan

I’ve been on the clean and mean meal plan for over 3 months now. I’ve never had the same meal once, the products are awesome, taste great and quantities are filling. I highly recommend that you try meal prep Ottawa, their team is quick to answer and super helpful! Do not hesitate to try them out!

We bought 10 meals from two different plans, the Clean and Mean and the Paleo. All the meals were tasty and the portions were big enough to be filling. We froze a few of them and we were very satisfied with the results after thawing and then microwaving them. Everything was healthy and there was a good variety of protein, carbs and sauces. Though it is a bit pricey, will buy surely buy again as it fits our lifestyle.
