We freeze half of them and all we do is heat it up for our meal. The options are great, the price for a delivered home meal is great as well. My wife and I have 2 kids and we eat so differently than they do. We are both vegetarians. Between kid dinners, parent dinners, kid lunches and parent lunches it's overwhelming. We took 1 variable out with this meal plan. My wife has 5 healthy lunches to take with her to work every week without adding another layer of meal prep on to our already overwhelming plate. Price wise, it is less than I was spending to make it myself. Our experience with Meal Prep Ottawa has been super positive and I would highly recommend.
