The food is great!
Portions are on the small side. I only eat one meal per day I can't afford any more than that from a company like yours.
I didn't have any choice between actual meals that were offered other than the fact that it was a Paleo meal plan.
I tried fou la beef, they were very good they offered different sizes. The only reason I stopped with them is that my bags of dry ice were piling up like crazy.
I appreciate that you pick up the used bags and ice.

I ordered potato, seven grain snd coleslaw salads which I enjoyed. On the nights I decided to actually cook iI added a salad as my side dish. There were no disappointments. The seven grain salad with a mild vinegrette dressing was lighter than I had anticipated. It will definitely become a summer staple.

Meal prep was recommended by a family member. I expected that it would be good food, but it even exceeded my expectations. The portions are generous, and each meal has it’s own personality in terms of flavour. The ordering and delivery process is easy.

Great meals with great taste! I never could have done those on my own. They are sometimes too much for me to eat in one sitting, so I half and save it for future in the freezer.
