My parents had had some health issues so I sent them some food from Meal Prep to lighten their load. They were so happy with the food that they called me to tell me it was incredibly good, filling and that they were fighting over who would get it!
This is a great plan for those who want to eat healthy but are not on a specific diet. The meal sizes are very good, and there are always plenty of different options with chicken, beef, and fish. Nothing is really that spicy, which is a plus for me. I really like this plan since I work from home but don't really have time to cook.
These meals are great to serve as healthy alternatives to takeout on days that we don’t have time or desire to cook!
