Questions? We've got answers

Do I need a subscription?

No, you can order one-time anytime. Subscribers save 5% on every order, with no minimum commitment, and can skip, pause or cancel anytime.

Are the meals frozen?

Never. Every meal is made fresh and arrives chilled in an insulated bag with ice packs.

How long do the meals last?

4–5 days in the fridge. Each meal has a "Freeze By" date, so you can freeze a few to keep them fresh for several weeks.

When do you deliver?

Sundays between 8 AM and 4 PM, and Wednesdays between 3 PM and 9 PM.

Order by Friday 9 AM for Sunday, or Tuesday 9 AM for Wednesday. You'll get a text or email with live tracking on delivery day.

Where do you deliver?

Ottawa and surrounding areas, including some parts of Gatineau and Hull. Delivery is $4 on orders over $73 within 25 km of our kitchen, and the fee goes up with distance beyond that.

You can also pick up at our Jamie Ave or Westboro locations.

How do I heat the meals?

Containers are microwave-safe and BPA-free. Leave the lid loosely on and heat for 2–3 minutes from the fridge or 5–7 minutes from frozen. Remove any sauce cups first.

Containers aren't oven-safe, so move the food to an oven-safe dish if you prefer the oven.

Do you have gluten-free meals?

Yes. All of our meal plans are gluten free. For other menu items, check each meal's description or ask us.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. Our Vegan plan is built on beans, legumes, whole grains, fruit and vegetables, with no meat, fish, dairy, eggs or honey.
