Westboro 1 Year Anniversary Contest Rules

Meal Prep Ottawa 2024 - Giveaway Rules:

1. Eligibility: The Meal Prep Ottawa Anniversary Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Canada who are residing in Ontario and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Meal Prep Ottawa and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on February 19^th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 25th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, participants can visit the Meal Prep Ottawa Westboro location between February 19^th and February 25th, 2024. Every purchase of a meal from our Clean, Low Carb, Vegan, Pasta, Family Meals and meal size Salads at our Westboro location will provide an entry. You may also enter the Giveaway by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, and your entry will be mailed in return.
4. Prizes: 1st Prize: *15 Meal Prep Ottawa meals. 2nd Prize: *10 Meal Prep Ottawa meals. 3rd Prize: *5 Meal Prep Ottawa meals
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on February 26th, 2024, at the Meal Prep Ottawa Westboro location. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and responding correctly to the Giveaway questions.
6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be posted on our social media pages. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, Meal Prep Ottawa reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Redemption: Winners must claim their prize in person at the Meal Prep Ottawa Westboro location. Prizes must be redeemed by March 31st, 2024. No substitutions or cash equivalents for the prizes are permitted.
8. Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners’ consent to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Meal Prep Ottawa, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prizes.
10. General Conditions: Meal Prep Ottawa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
11. Winner List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Meal Prep Ottawa, Westboro Location, Attention: Anniversary Giveaway Winners List, within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.
12. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Meal Prep Ottawa, Westboro Location, 436 Richmond Road, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
13. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Meal Prep Ottawa, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
