2. CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins May 1, 2025 and ends May 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
The winner will be selected by random draw and announced on June 2, 2025.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to residents of Ottawa and surrounding areas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
No purchase necessary.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Meal Prep Ottawa and partner businesses, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win.
4. HOW TO ENTER
On Instagram:
1. Follow all participating accounts: @mealprepottawa, @hairbyadamo, @pwr4all, @fluidfit
2. Like the contest post.
3. Tag 1 friend per comment (each comment = 1 entry, up to 5 entries).
4. Optional: Share the post to your Instagram story and tag @mealprepottawa for a bonus entry.
On Facebook:
1. Like the contest post.
2. Like Meal Prep Ottawa's Facebook page.
3. Comment on the post (e.g., share your story or motivation).
4. Sharing is encouraged, but not required.
5. PRIZES
- Meal Prep Ottawa:
2 months of meals (5 meals/week from Clean & Mean, Keto, Paleo, or Vegan plans). Pickup at Westboro or Nepean. Delivery available at $10 per week.
The 8 weeks of meals must be fully redeemed by **November 2, 2025**. Unclaimed meals after this date will be forfeited.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question to be declared eligible.
If the winner does not respond in time or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS
By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Meal Prep Ottawa for prize coordination.
Entrants release Meal Prep Ottawa, its partners, and social media platforms from all liability in connection with the contest and prize delivery.

8. PUBLICATION OF RULES
These official rules will be available on the Meal Prep Ottawa website at:

A printed version of these rules will also be posted at both Meal Prep Ottawa retail locations for public access.
