We also exclude generally unhealthy elements like high sodium content, MSG, minimizing Saturated Fats like Omega 6.

We generally recommend our vegan meal delivery service to customers either already eating vegan, or customers looking to make a significant change to their lifestyle in order to benefit the planet, animals and their own health.
