My parents had had some health issues so I sent them some food from Meal Prep to lighten their load. They were so happy with the food that they called me to tell me it was incredibly good, filling and that they were fighting over who would get it!

I used to buy the clean and mean meals and raved about those and recommended them to friends and family but recently I switched to the athlete meal plan. They are even better! They're filling and I haven't had one yet that I disliked. You can tell that they have pride in their meals too by how cleanly they are packed. 10/10 would recommend.
