FAQ
How does the donation work?
After each Senators home game, we calculate the total from all Community Assist orders placed that week. If the Sens scored a power play goal during the game, 20% of those sales are donated to Ronald McDonald House and matched by the Ottawa Senators Community Foundation.
Can I choose delivery or pickup?
Yes! All Senators Menu meals are available for delivery across Ottawa or pickup at our location.
When does the program run?
The program runs throughout the Senators season. Check back for updates and special promotions.
What is the Power Play Community Assist program?
It's a partnership between Meal Prep Ottawa, the Ottawa Senators, and Ronald McDonald House. When you order from the Senators Menu Lineup and the Sens score a power play goal, 20% of your order is donated to Ronald McDonald Houseâmatched by the Ottawa Senators Community Foundation.

My wife and I have 2 kids and we eat so differently than they do. We are both vegetarians. Between kid dinners, parent dinners, kid lunches and parent lunches it's overwhelming. We took 1 variable out with this meal plan. My wife has 5 healthy lunches to take with her to work every week without adding another layer of meal prep on to our already overwhelming plate. Price wise, it is less than I was spending to make it myself. Our experience with Meal Prep Ottawa has been super positive and I would highly recommend.

Only just started but really happy so far
Got my first delivery today. I was stressed and was just going to shove everything in the fridge and then look online to see when I had to freeze things by, but they had the freeze by date printed on the label, along with the different microwave times for fridge vs freezer. That was nice that I didn't have to follow up with that. I have a hard time with eating and preparing food and often go to bed hungry, but I decided to open up a random meal since I had them on hand. I didn't think it would be enough to satiate but it was very good and surprisingly filling. I'm happy so far and I'm excited to try the rest of the meals.
