The food is tasty, good portions, well balanced meals. I have a gluten and dairy restriction, and have a disability , so cooking can be a real struggle. This saves me from at least some of the cooking, and it is a great option considering how hard it can be to find good food at a bearable price.

Very tasty and generous portion size. I’ve ordered them plain and with blueberries. The blueberry pancakes are filled with blueberries. I love the fact that the pancakes are high in protein.

Great options and good meals

I've been using MPO for many years. ALWAYS satisfied and impressed with the quality of their products. Recently started ordering the pasta dishes... DELICIOUS! Also, I've had no problem doing large orders, which lowers the price per meal, and the meals freeze and reheat well. Thank you MPO!

We have tried the Athlete meal plan a few times and love it along with the large portions, the vegan meal plan is just as tasty but the portions are a bit smaller. Highly recommend, great customer service and delivery/communication!

I’ve been enjoying the Paleo menu for a couple of months now. The meals touch on many different international flavours and often combine fusion cooking. The only caveat is that the containers are recyclable and not compostable.
