Love that it is all Macro based, lean meats, Dairy free, low sodium and low oil. What more can you ask for! It's perfect and such a time saver for me!

I found the Lemon Drop Ginger Salad to be a delicious combination of flavours; crisp veggies with a unique dressing. The dressing is mellow, not harsh or acidic like some lemon dressings can be. It has tons of walnuts plus sliced almonds that make it filling.

Very generous size. Tasty and all ingredients are perfectly balanced. We froze the portions and will make sure we always have some!

I have tried a few other prepared meals, and this one is my favourite. Much lower in sodium, but still more flavour. Tastes homemade (vs factory made).

The meals so far are well prepared and tasty. I eat them for dinners and with the higher calorie count and protein, I have not been hungry for breakfast the next day. I will have to add in more calorie burning actions to my day.

I live in the middle of nowhere and meal prep Ottawa is the only food service that goes above and beyond to deliver food at my doorstep. I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and have yet to find something I didn’t like. Great customer service and even better healthy options.. I would highly recommend trying !

My colleagues gifted me 17 meals from MPO following an injury that limited my ability to navigate my kitchen. Every meal was exceptional! They were well balanced, perfectly seasoned and plentiful. The vegan plan has varied generous portions. The food is tasty. I would recommend it. The food arrived in a timely fashion.
