The whole family loved it. The portion is extremely generous. We had leftovers!

The meals taste delicious and the portions are just right for me. I am a satisfied repeat customer.

So convenient. Love their stuff.

Adequate portion size and accompanying tatami however a carb would be a nice addition whether rice or potatoes for a fuller meal. Flavour hit the mark. Better than some Greek restaurants for portions size, tenderness and flavour.

I love meal prep Ottawa! They make the best food and have the best service!

Just gobbled up the New Orleans style grilled chicken sweet potato mash and green beans. Fabulous!!!

Very tasty perfect portion. I add a little hot sauce for my preferred taste.

Very delicious, moist and full of flavour!

Homemade Lasagna

High Protein Waffle

Loved it! I get it often.

The Ketogenic meal plan helps me stay on track and every meal is packed with flavour.

For anyone in a strict diet and needing to ensure “clean” eating with caloric restriction and tracking these chicken breasts were great!
