I am on Keto, so ordering this delicious salmon, is a great addition to my weekly menu along with the 1lb of veggies, that i divide up during the week to meet my quotas and get healthy and loose weight. It's working! :)

I frequently order from meal prep and I quite enjoy their service. Food tastes great and they are really home grown Ottawan company, atleast I think. Regardless if you are based out of Ottawa and need high quality reliable meal prep, it is the way to go. I have used various other meal preps (including big names one), but this is my only go to.

My family switched from another meal company over to meal prep Ottawa. We ordered the Keto plan as this is how we typically have meals loaded with protein and greens. These meals are fantastic! I appreciate that the seasoning and spice levels are just the right amount for any pallet, if one wants more seasoning it’s always easy to add more. Looking forward to a continued subscription
