Your paella was as good as the ones that we experienced in Spain for many years during our winter stays.

Very good food for the carnivore diet, lots of possibilities to grow from there. Will keep ordering it as long as it's on the menu.

I have been disappointed by other meal prep services, my most recent experience resulted in me tossing out the food...it was inedible dreck. Luckily I stumbled across Meal Prep Ottawa... from practically the moment I reheated the meal I was struck by the amazing aroma. It turned out that the food was as delicious as it smelled and the portion was satisfying. So far everything has been great, imaginative recipes, ample servings and great flavours, I'm a happy camper.

Just starting my 3rd week and loving it. I’m retired and living alone. I’m really enjoying the variety and quality of the meals. They aren’t made in a factory then frozen, my meals are delivered fresh. This helps me spend less on groceries and really cuts my food waste.

As a single you cannot eat the min of 3 sandwiches in 3 days. Too much...so alternative is to freeze..NEVER make that mistake!!!!

I orderes clean and mean before but switched to athletic .
The meals are almost double the size and tastier while still eating healthy. Like someone else mentioned allows me to vegetables I normally would not buy due to having to eat large quantities of it. Loved most meals particular cilantro lima crema fish exception would be hoisin noodle meal 🍜 as used ground berf and not really approximation of an Asian meal

Seriously amazing meals, incredible variety, and healthy. I love getting the macros breakdown, and appreciate the high protein content while eating vegan. It feels like Christmas each week when my order’s delivered.

The meals are amazingly yummy and satisfying. I feel so satisfied after eating them. Not hungry for hours and not stuffed. Plus I have a steady state of energy.
